Frequently asked questions

When will my order be delivered?

We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 2-4 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

How quick do you post items out?

Items are generally posted out with 1-3 working days

Do you use recycled packaging?

All packaging is recycled where I can, most definitely. This sometimes means your box isn’t pretty but has been recycled!

Where do you post your items too?

All items are posted to mainland UK

How do the plants arrive?

All plants arrive to you in their nursery pots. There is no need to rush and pot on the plant unless stated in the description its needs potting on. I need some advice on my plant care. Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have.

Are the plants safe for children and pets?

Please refer to the ‘filters’ to ensure your plant is non-toxic but always do your own research as we accept no responsibility.

Is there a minimum order value?

Absolutely not. You can decide what you spend!

Please get in contact within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss the options.

 How can I pay for my order?

Please pay for all orders using our payment system for debit/credit cards.

Can I place an order and collect from the shop?

Yes absolutely. There is an option at the checkout to collect your order instead of having it posted.

Can I cancel my order?

You can send an email and see if the order has already been packed and shipped. Unfortunately cancelling an order is not always possible.
