Neat and tidy houseplant with oval two tone green / cream leaves.  These do produce ‘stem’ like flowers.  She is a semi succulent so go easy on the watering. 

Light - no direct light. Can tolerate a shadier spot indoors but would work best in indirect light. 

Water - they don’t like being to wet and would rather be on the drier side, so water only when the soil in nearly dry.
